Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of all applicable verification requirements. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
